Finding your way around
To find the products you're looking for you can:
i. Type the product into the search box located at the top of the screen and click go
ii. Click on the relevant product or catagory on the left of the screen
How does my shopping basket work?
Located at top right of the screen you will see your 'running total' shopping basket. This displays the number of items you've added to your basket, a sub-total, delivery charge and the total cost of your basket.
To see a detailed list of the contents of your basket, simply click the blue 'view' button located at the top right of the basket. This not only allows you to check the contents of your basket, but also to change quantities, remove items and print a shopping list.
Items will remain in your basket for the current internet session only. So when you come back to www.qrexpc.co.uk you will have to reselect your items.
When you are happy with what is in your shopping basket and want to order the items, click on the Checkout button on bottom right of the basket.
Buying A Product
When you have found the product you want to buy, simply click Add To Basket. Don't worry, you haven't bought anything yet and you can add or remove as many items as you want until you decide to make a purchase. You can view your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the 'View Basket' at the top of the screen.
Paying For It
Paying for the products you have selected couldn't be easier. Click on 'Checkout' on the shopping basket page and you will be taken to your shopping basket. You can then check its contents before proceeding, fill in the details we ask for, and then sit back and let us do the rest.
Means Of Payment
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, JCB, Maestro, PIN Train, SOLO, Switch and Fortoak credit/debit cards. We do not accept Diners cards, or cheque as a means of payment.
Delivery
There are different delivery charges dependent on the type of product you have purchased. For more information on delivery, click on 'Delivery' at the bottom of the page.
